We only offer jewellery that is electroplated 18k gold onto high quality brass, stainless steel, and 925 sterling silver.

Extra care is required with plated jewellery and fading or oxidation can occur over time due to wear and tear and exposure to the elements.  This is not considered a manufacturing defect, but rather the nature of the jewellery.

Gently clean your jewellery with a dry cloth after each use.

Do not over polish or rub hard as you may remove the plating

Store your jewellery in a dry, sealed airtight container or bag when not in use.

Remove jewellery before bedtime, showering, swimming, exercising.

Apply make-up, perfume, lotions prior to wearing your jewellery.
